1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Twisted Tensor™ website or the TT-1™ instrument, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or the TT-1.

2. Nature of the Service

The TT-1 is a virtual radionic instrument for experimental use only. It is not a diagnostic or medical device, is not regulated by the FDA or any medical authority, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Nothing on this website or within the TT-1 constitutes medical advice. Use of the TT-1 does not create a practitioner-patient relationship with The Twisted Tensor or its founder.

3. Eligibility

The TT-1 is intended for use by licensed or trained practitioners of homeopathy and energetic medicine, homeopathy students, and serious lay practitioners. It is not intended for general consumer use or for use with vulnerable populations without appropriate professional supervision.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

TT-1 access is provided by subscription. Billing terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of subscription. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time unless required by applicable law.

5. Client Data and Witness Files

All session data entered into the TT-1 — including witness names, dates of birth, locations, intentions, session history, broadcast logs, and client files — is stored locally in your browser on your own device using browser localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to, received by, or stored on any server operated by The Twisted Tensor.

Client files (.tt1) are downloaded directly to your computer. They are never uploaded to any server.

You are solely responsible for the security of your own device and for obtaining appropriate consent from any individual whose information you enter into the TT-1. The Twisted Tensor has no access to your session data and cannot retrieve, review, or restore it under any circumstances.

One technical note: when the access gate validates your subscription code, a timestamp and IP address are recorded by the authentication service (Supabase) as part of the login check. No session activity, witness data, or instrument use is reported beyond that single validation event.

6. Tensor Ring Orders

Tensor rings are handcrafted to order. All sales are final. Rings are made to the cubit specifications you select at the time of inquiry. The Twisted Tensor is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its control. Current turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including copy, design, photography, and the TT-1 instrument itself — is the intellectual property of The Twisted Tensor and Ellen Britt. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The TT-1 and all content on this website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Twisted Tensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the TT-1 or any content on this site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Twisted Tensor and Ellen Britt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the TT-1, this website, or any tensor ring products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Twisted Tensor reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or TT-1 following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
